Samuel A. Di Piazza, Jr.

Samuel A. Di Piazza, Jr. became Board Chair of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. in 2022 when AT&T’s WarnerMedia business (“WarnerMedia”) was combined with Discovery, Inc.  Mr. Di Piazza served as global chief executive officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited from 2002 until his retirement in 2009. Mr. Di Piazza began his 36-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC,” formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in 1973 and served in various leadership positions with PwC. After his retirement from PwC, Mr. Di Piazza joined Citigroup where he served as vice chairman of the Global Corporate and Investment Bank from 2011 until 2014. Mr. Di Piazza served on the AT&T board from 2015 until 2022.  Mr. Di Piazza has served as a director of Regions Financial since 2016, Jones Lang LaSalle since 2015 and ProAssurance, Inc. since 2014.

Mr. Di Piazza is a Class III Director; his initial term will expire at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
