Discovery was created in April 2022 with the acquisition of Warner Media by Discovery, Inc. As a combined company, we are building on our strong legacies with the goal to do well as a business, while also doing good as members of communities around the world. As a first step, we’re committed to performing a Company-wide materiality assessment, led by an external organization, to align our ESG goals and strategy with the issues that are most important to our business, customers, stockholders, employees, and community.
