Want to exercise your California Rights?
The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) entitles you as an Employee/Contractor/Talent/Individual Business Partner (ECTB) of Warner Bros. Discovery with California residency to specific rights over your personal information that has been collected by the company.
California residents with a current or former ECTB relationship to the company have the right to submit an Individual Rights Request (IRR) for the following:
Right to Access – allows you to request that the company disclose what personal information has been collected about you
Right to Delete – allows you to request that the company delete certain personal information which has been collected about you
Right to Correct – allows you to update or correct certain inaccurate personal information held by the company
Many avenues already exist within our systems that will allow you to access your information in a self-service manner. Please review the self-service options provided below for details on how to view and/or make changes to your personal information we hold based on your relationship to Warner Bros. Discovery:
Current Employee
Many of the most common data elements including name, address, and payroll information can be viewed and/or edited on Workday. You can also access information on your learning goals and Business Resource Group memberships here. As your relationship to Warner Bros. Discovery was facilitated by a third-party, the amount of personal information we can view or manage is limited. Please reach out directly to your hiring firm or company which processes your payroll for more information on how to manage your data.
Applicant

Please reach out directly to the company which processes your payroll (i.e., Entertainment Partners/Cast & Crew) for more information on how to manage your data.

Individual Business Partners
While Warner Bros. Discovery may keep data elements related to the company you work for (for example, your business phone number, business email address, etc.), WarnerBros. Discovery does not retain personal data on our business contacts.
