Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has partnered with Citi Commercial Cards to establish a Virtual Card Account (VCA) Program. This technology allows us to electronically initiate a single-use MasterCard® branded virtual card payment to you once we receive goods or services and process your invoice.
Our business partners who accept Citi VCA MasterCard payments through this program may significantly reduce their payment processing time. This can result in receiving payments up to 30 days faster, depending on the transaction and the business partner’s current payment terms with WBD. For those business partners who do not accept the VCA payment option, how you receive payment from us will not change. Please note that accepting Citi VCA MasterCard payments will not change the contractual payment terms a business partner has agreed upon with WBD.

In accepting our new payment method, we understand that transactions fees may apply. However, we hope that your company will benefit from earlier availability of your funds, processing efficiencies consistent with an improvement in reconciliation data and green initiatives.
