Richard W. Fisher served as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2005 until March 2015. He served as a senior advisor to Barclays from 2015 until March 2024, and began serving as a senior advisor to Jeffries in 2024. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Fisher was vice chairman and managing partner of Kissinger McLarty Associates. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Fisher served as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative with the rank of Ambassador. Previously, he served as managing partner of Fisher Capital Management and Fisher Ewing Partners LP and prior to that was senior manager of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. From 2015 to 2021, Mr. Fisher served as a director at PepsiCo and from 2015 to 2021, he served as a director at AT&T. He currently serves on the audit committee of Tenet Healthcare Corporation, where he has been a director since 2017.
Mr. Fisher's term will expire at the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders.
