Geoffrey Y. Yang

Geoffrey Y. Yang is a founding partner and managing director of Redpoint Ventures, a global private equity and venture capital firm, and has served in this capacity since 1999. He also founded Performance Health Sciences (d/b/a Apeiron Life), where he has served as chief executive officer and as a director since April 2018. Prior to founding Redpoint, Mr. Yang was a general partner with Institutional Venture Partners, a private equity investment firm, which he joined in 1987. Mr. Yang has served as a director of Liberty Media Acquisition Corp. since 2021 and Franklin Resources, Inc. since 2011. Mr. Yang also served as a director of AT&T, Inc. from 2016 until 2022, when AT&T’s WarnerMedia business was combined with Discovery, Inc.

Mr. Yang is a Class III Director; his initial term expires at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
