Daniel E. Sanchez has served on the boards of numerous content and distribution companies. Mr. Sanchez was a director of Discovery, Inc. from May 2017 until the closing of the Company’s acquisition of the WarnerMedia business in April 2022. He was a director of Starz from 2013 until 2016, and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. from 2018 until 2021.  He has been a director of Liberty Latin America Ltd. since 2019, and Liberty Global Ltd. since 2022. 

From 1990 until his retirement in 2021, Mr. Sanchez engaged in the private practice of law, representing individual and business clients in a variety of non-litigation areas. In 2012, Mr. Sanchez earned his master’s degree in tax law (LL.M.), and focused his practice on the area of tax planning. 

Mr. Sanchez is a Class III Director; his initial term will expire at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
