2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs Presented by GEICO to Culminate with WBD Sports’ First Ever Presentation of the Stanley Cup Final
Warner Bros. Discovery Sports’ coverage of the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs presented by GEICO will continue with six blockbuster First Round Game 6s over two days on TNT and TBS.
The action will begin tonight with NHL on TBS Face Off presented by Verizon at 6:30 p.m. ET, followed by the New York Islanders hosting the Carolina Hurricanes, currently leading the series 3-2, at 7 p.m. Kenny Albert, Keith Jones and Bryce Salvador will be on the call from UBS Arena.
At 7:30 p.m. on TNT, the Boston Bruins head back to Sunrise, Florida to take on the Florida Panthers, with the Bruins up 3-2 in the series. Jim Jackson, Jody Shelley and Jean-Luc Grand-Pierre will provide game commentary.
In the Western Conference, at 9:30 p.m. on TBS the Minnesota Wild will host the Dallas Stars, currently up 3-2 in the series. Randy Hahn, Patrick Sharp and Kathryn Tappen will provide commentary for the matchup.
At 10 p.m. on TNT, the Colorado Avalanche head back to Climate Pledge Arena to take on the Seattle Kraken, who can close out the series with a 3-2 lead. Alex Faust, Eddie Olczyk and Shane Hnidy will be on the call.
Live game coverage throughout the postseason will be preceded by a 30-minute NHL on TNT Face Off Presented by Verizon pregame hosted by Liam McHugh, alongside a rotating collection of esteemed analysts including hockey icon Wayne Gretzky, Vezina Trophy winner Henrik Lundqvist, 10-year NHL veteran Anson Carter, Calder Cup Champion Paul Bissonnette, Olympic Gold Medalist Colby Armstrong and former NHL iron man Keith Yandle.
The studio team will also provide analysis and insights between periods during the Lexus First Intermission Report and the Discover Second Intermission Report, and the NHL on TNT Post Game Show, presented by Cadillac.
