Paula A. Price served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Macy’s, from 2018 until 2020. From 2014 to 2018, she was a full-time Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining the Harvard Business School faculty, Mr. Price served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ahold USA, a U.S. grocery retailer she joined in 2009. Prior to joining Ahold USA, she was Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at CVS Caremark. Earlier in her career, Ms. Price held senior management positions at JPMorgan Chase, Prudential Insurance, Diageo, and Kraft Foods. A certified public accountant, she began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Ms. Price has served as director of Accenture since 2014, Bristol-Myers Squibb since 2020, and Mondelez International since 2024. She previously served as a director of Davita from 2020 to 2022 and of Western Digital from 2014 to 2019 and again from 2020 until 2022.

Ms. Price's term will expire at the 2026 Annual Meeting of stockholders.
