Joey Levin has been Executive Chairman of Angi, Inc. since April 2025 and served as its CEO from October 2022 to April 2024 and non-executive chairman from 2017 to April 2025. Prior to Angi, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of IAC Inc., a media and internet company from 2015 until April 2025. He joined IAC in 2003 and has held several key positions throughout his tenure, including as chief executive officer of IAC’s Search & Applications segment, chief executive officer of Vimeo and chief executive officer of Angi Inc. when it was a publicly-traded subsidiary of IAC. Mr. Levin has served as a director of MGM Resorts International since 2020.

Mr. Levin’s term will expire at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.
